The purchase contract for a picture or video is concluded between you and the respective photographer. Iris operates the marketplace and handles payment and delivery.
You receive a digital file at full resolution without a watermark, together with the right of use described in the licence terms.
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made through the integrated payment provider.
For digital content your right of withdrawal ends once the download begins with your express consent. We obtain that consent during checkout.
Through the report form you can report unlawful content or pictures in which you are recognisable. We confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome.
